A: Almost all of our products are customized, including the material, size, thickness and logo.

2. Q: How about the card artwork if i haven't without a designer?

A: Just let us know the style you like and the card information you want put on the card.

We can do a professional artwork for you. And it is FREE.

3. Q: What format artwork do you use for Design?

A: We prefer PDF format with several layers. Other format such as CDR /AI file. They are also fine for us.

4. Q: Can I have samples before place the order?

A: We are pleasure to send the stock samples for your reference, or make samples according to your design. Usually it is about 4-5 days.
